Well Christmas is only in 12 days and the one song that comes to mind is of course the 12 Days of Christmas. Its a song we have sung in school holiday productions and no matter how many times you hear it , it never gets old. The funny part is everyone seems to get the certain actions on certain days mixed up, so for a listing of the correct actions to do on the CORRECT DAYS, click the photo before. I should also point out that this the 5th Day of Hanukkah ((pronounced hah-nə-kə ;Hebrew: חֲנֻכָּה, Tiberian: Ḥănukkāh, usually spelled חנוכה, pronounced [χanuˈka] in Modern Hebrew; a transliteration also romanized as Chanukah, Chanukkah or Chanuka), also known as the Festival of Lights.), courtesy of Wikipedia. I will be posting new stuff daily, check my blog out to see more that I have to say, who knows I just might find something commical, maybe another idiot valeting outside a liquor store.

A PARTRIDGE IN A PEAR TREE
Also to kick off this 12 Days of Christmas, I thought that I would list some of my all time favorite holiday songs each day. For my first song, it follows a movie that has become now a holiday tradition much like 24 hours of Christmas Story. It is none other than the opening theme song from the holiday classic National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. The song is a conventional holiday tune sung by Mavis Staple. But with all the comical animation in the background, it just makes the song even better to listen too. Its almost like watching a piece of satire with a general lyrical line shown with christmas being depicted as a pain in the ass, especially for Santa when he visits none other than the GRISWOLD house.
And recently ALL the Griswolds and children have become popular again, just see how from these OLD NAVY COMMERCIALS THAT HAVE BEEN SHOWN RECENTLY. Mostly all the original Griswold kids have made a return to the roles as Rusty and Audrey along with the original Ellen and Clark played always by Beverly D'Angleo and Chevy Chase.
