After a crushing loss from the East Lake Eagles on Wednesday, Feb. 20, the Warhawks were determined more than ever to come back in their first district matchup against the Northeast High School Vikings. #27 RHP Nick Nolan was the starting pitcher and would have relievers #14 Damian Lovett and #23 Joey VonStetina on the mound to help close out the game. Notable runs included UNF signee #3 Alex McGathey with his first home run of the season with University of Mississippi signee #11 Corey Baptist going 1-2 with a couple of walks. USF signee #9 Mike Mann went 2-3 with 2 RBI's. Seminole's next home game is against Clearwater High School on Wednesday Feb. 27th at 7 pm.
